Architectural TechnicianLocation: West SussexSalary: £30,000 to £34,000 DOE

An award winning AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its modern and highly sociable studio in West Sussex. The team delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and people centred design.

Key Responsibilities: Support the technical delivery of medium to large scale residential projects Prepare detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections and construction details Assist with building regulations submissions and technical compliance Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure well resolved project information Attend site meetings and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects

About You: Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline CIAT membership or working towards chartership desirable Minimum 1 year UK practice experience, ideally within residential projects Proficient in AutoCAD, with Revit experience advantageous Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
