The Group System Cashier Technician at 80% The Eldora Group is active in the field of catering. With a consolidated turnover of over CHF 370 million, it is one of the largest groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters is located in Rolle (VD) and concentrates all its services, employing more than a hundred people. To complete our IT team, we are looking for a: System Cashier Technician at 80% We offer you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, providing excellent working conditions and social coverage for its employees. Role: Within our team, you are responsible for the proper functioning and evolution of our cash systems (POS) for the entire Eldora Group. You play a central role between the headquarters and the field, ensuring that restaurants have reliable, compliant, and suitable tools for daily needs. You support and train staff to ensure optimal handling of solutions. You process incidents and requests via the ticketing tool and intervene according to the priority: remotely or directly on site when field presence is necessary. You also ensure compliance and updating of systems during openings or changes in establishments: configuration, and support at startup. You coordinate exchanges with our partners and guarantee follow-up related to payment terminals and all peripherals linked to the payment process. You contribute to transversal IT projects, depending on priorities and topics. Profile: Knowledge of the catering (ideally collective) field and a desire to evolve in a position combining support, fieldwork, and mastery of the MS environment X MS Office. Solid knowledge of cash systems (hardware/software). Knowledge of the TCPOS software and payment terminal environment. Ability to diagnose, resolve, and prioritize incidents, with a good sense of service. Ease and pedagogy to train and support staff. Autonomy, spirit of initiative, and regular travel in the French-speaking part of Switzerland: driving license required. French is essential, German and English are a plus.
