As part of a new project in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge Your tasks: - Daily management and ensuring the proper functioning of the building - Main point of contact for occupants and management - Regular inspections of the facility and timely handling of waste disposal - Follow-up on technical aspects of the building - Maintenance of green spaces and the exterior of the site Your profile: - CFC agent in the building field or equivalent title - Several years of experience in Facility Management - Good experience in managing and technically overseeing small projects - Proficiency in French and English, familiar with common tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Service-oriented You are a dynamic individual, comfortable with technical and maintenance aspects of both internal and external building management.
