The FAH-SEB is a Fribourg institution engaged in the reception and support of adults with intellectual disabilities. It includes several integrated living spaces in residential settings, in villas, and in day centers. Through a human, inclusive, and professional approach, it promotes autonomy, inclusion, and societal integration for the beneficiaries, positioning itself as a reference point in the canton of Fribourg. We welcome, host, and provide daily support to around 120 individuals with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders. We offer medical and therapeutic services, as well as activities in various social areas. 80% Your responsibilities- Support residents in daily life activities- Ensure the follow-up of the resident's life project- Guarantee personalized support- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team- Manage tasks at a higher specialized level (IPC, HES, ES) or deemed equivalent- Experience in the field of disability- Committed, motivated personality, comfortable with driving tools and holding a valid B driving licenseAre you interested in this new challenge?
