The Medical-Social Centers are tasked with helping people of all ages who are dependent or in poor health to remain in their living environment for as long as possible and to support their caregivers. ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS, takes care of clients at home annually and serves 105 municipalities in the Nord Vaudois. For our CMS X-Croix, we are looking for a MULTIFUNCTIONAL AUXILIARY at 60%.Your missionsAs a multifunctional auxiliary, your role involves having skills related to:- Basic care and household assistance: Ability to provide care and household support at clients' homes.- Monitoring and client: Ability to create and maintain respectful relationships with clients, while following care objectives and transferring relevant information.- Teamwork: Contribution to the smooth operation of the team and with its members.- Management: Responsibility for tasks related to the profile.You hold a recognized Red Cross qualification as a health auxiliary or a similar qualification. A significant first experience in an institution is a real asset. You demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and a strong capacity for listening. You have a marked interest in home care and aiding. You have the ability to adapt easily to various situations, and listening and flexibility are part of your strengths.
