Job Description
Love Recruitment International is recruiting a Fitness Manager in Sydney to lead the gym floor and PT teams, with a London-to-Sydney relocation path via an Australian Working Holiday Visa. The role offers AU$80k base, up to 15% annual bonus, and club membership, plus a pathway to sponsorship after six months.
You will drive a new PT model launching in 2026, oversee shifts, and manage PT clients up to 10 hours weekly, reporting to the General Manager.
