Job Description
Love Recruitment International seeks a Fitness Manager for a premium Sydney club. The role leads gym floor and PT teams, launches the 2026 PT model, and drives growth while upholding a luxury standard of facilities and member experience.
Candidates should have 4+ years in fitness management, be eligible for an Australian Working Holiday Visa, and aim for eventual sponsorship. A Level 3 PT with certification conversion is expected.
