Job Description
Nuffield Health Brentwood is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team and drive member satisfaction. You will manage performance, coach staff, and design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
You will need REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner, studio experience, and a proven track record of growing PT revenue. This permanent, full-time role offers up to £30,000 depending on experience.
