Job Description
Love Recruitment International is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the gym floor and Personal Training teams at a premium Sydney club. The role is open to UK candidates relocating on a Working Holiday Visa, with sponsorship after six months.
You will drive the rollout of a new PT model in 2026, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure premium standards and an outstanding member experience. AU$80k base plus up to 15% bonus and full club membership, with relocation support and career progression.
