Seeburger Lead Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise with Seeburger BIS, IBM SFG/Sterling Integrator, Java, Unix/Linux/Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Databases, SQL, and familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Strong background in Incident Management, with exposure to Problem and Change Management.
• Experience in production technical support and IT service management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with banking/transaction systems is highly desirable.
• ITIL certification/accreditation is an advantage.
