Equity support, Application support, Trading, FIX, SQL, Windows, Linux, Fidessa or Raptor or TMS or similar

Working with a leading financial client based in London to secure for them the services of a Cash Equity trading/application support analyst. The role sits within execution services which manages the banks trading platform, Algo Trading and Middle Office applications

Cash Equity trading platform support, call management and logging, problem management, Change management, Release management.

DMA/DSA Trading, Derivatives trading platform. Algo trading platform (in-house) with components built around vendor systems such as Fidessa/Raptor/TMS

Summary

Support as part of a global technical team which covers Front Office, Middle Office users of the investment banking division on cash equities and derivatives.

Level 1 and Level 2 support of applications

Monitoring of production systems

End user requests

Escalation of incidents to development team, tech enhancements
