Laboratory Technician WHAT YOU WILL DO: Conduct microbiological and physicochemical analyses on raw materials, products, and finished products, as well as environmental-related analyses, following established procedures, instructions, control plans, and current regulations. Perform microbiological and physicochemical analyses on weekends according to the rotation established within the team. Interpret, verify compliance of data, and propose corrective and preventive measures. Ensure that all safety directives related to the work are strictly observed at all times and maintain a tidy and clean environment. Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects related to quality control. WHAT YOU BRING: Federal vocational certificate (CFC) as a laboratory technician in biology or chemistry or equivalent. Confirmed experience in quality control in the field of microbiology and/or chemistry, experience in the food sector is a plus. Driven in continuous improvement. Mastery of ISO standards and GLP.
