Finance Manager, Support and EmploymentThe General Directorate of Mobility and Roads (DGMR) is looking for a Finance Manager, Support and of the Inter-cantonal Highway Network Service (SIERA). SIERA is an autonomous public establishment responsible for the routine maintenance of the 300 kilometers of highway network in the cantons of Fribourg, Geneva, and Vaud on behalf of the Federal Roads Office (OFROU). As the Finance Manager, Support and you will be responsible for the financial, legal, and logistical management of the area.Responsibilities- Participate in the governance and management of the public law establishment as a member of the executive board.- Lead the finance, support and SIERA department, which includes accounting and cross-project management entities.- Assume responsibility for all financial, logistical, and legal activities concerning the cantons, the cantonal financial services, OFROU, the Establishment Council, and the Inter-parliamentary Commission of SIERA.- Manage various projects related to the function.- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.- Provide support to the emergency service during cantonal emergencies or crises, and regarding further matters, please consult the job description by clicking here or contact Mrs. X, director of SIERA.Profile- University degree in economics or diploma from a university of applied sciences in a relevant field to the function, or a complementary curriculum in business management or a diploma X/MPA; complemented with qualifications relevant to the function (certificate, master's degree, etc.).- Solid experience in business economics, finance, management control, and support in a public or private structure.- Knowledge of cantonal and federal institutions and legal frameworks; mastery of financial mechanisms and tools, particularly Abacus, as well as spreadsheet and database software.- Proven experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams; leadership skills.- Stress management, prioritization skills, analysis, and synthesis ability.- Oral German is an asset.WHO ARE WE?The General Directorate of Mobility and Roads (DGMR) defines and implements a coherent transport system.
