Bailiff / Aspirant Bailiff at an Office of Enforcement and BankruptcyJob DescriptionThe Offices of Enforcement and Bankruptcy are strengthening their teams and are looking for committed individuals to carry out an essential mission for the proper functioning of the system. We are prioritizing the recruitment of an experienced bailiff from an Office of Enforcement and Bankruptcy (OPF). Otherwise, we also offer an opportunity to lead to this function as an aspirant bailiff. You will be integrated into the Office of Bankruptcy of the Lausanne district, which has nearly 25 employees within an experienced, cohesive, and committed team.ResponsibilitiesExperienced BailiffYou will independently handle enforcement and bankruptcy procedures. Aspirant Bailiff (the following activities will be gradually carried out under supervision): managing bankruptcy files and executing measures (inventories, assets and liabilities or seizable goods), interviews with bankrupt individuals and distribution of funds, contributing to the management of real estate files, income seizures, and movable sales. Mr. X, Officer, is readily available at your service. Commercial EmployeeExperience in the field of enforcement, bankruptcy, or litigation: a degree in enforcement or some experience is a plus. For profiles to be trained: a strong willingness to learn and develop in this demanding field; a sense of public service, very good resilience; quickness, precision; conflict management skills; assertiveness; mastery of spelling and ease with various tools; numerous opportunities for professional development and continuous learning exist within the Offices of Enforcement and Bankruptcy. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present a statement of the enforcement register and a criminal record from within the last three months.
