We are primarily recruiting an experienced bailiff from an Office for Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (OPF). Failing that, we also offer an opportunity leading to this role as aspiring bailiff. Work EnvironmentYou will be integrated into the Bankruptcy Office of the Eastern Vaud District, which comprises nearly 15 staff members and is part of an experienced, supportive, and committed team.ResponsibilitiesExperienced BailiffYou will independently handle X enforcement and bankruptcy procedures.Aspiring Bailiff (activities performed progressively under supervision include handling bankruptcy and enforcement files, inventorying assets and liabilities or seizable goods, interviewing bankrupt individuals and stakeholders, and distributing funds. Contributing to the management of real estate files, income seizures, and movable sales. Experience in the fields of debt collection, bankruptcy, or litigation: a knowledge of enforcement procedures or OPF training would be an advantage. Ability to manage conflicts, assertiveness. Mastery of spelling and ease with office tools.
