Job Description
Key Responsibilities Bar Service 
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
- Follow licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol
- Take food orders accurately and deliver them to tables
- Serve food in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and handle any requests
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Resolve customer queries or, if necessary, escalated them appropriately
- Must be flexible with shifts, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- Must be over 18.
- Previous experience working in a busy bar environment is desired.
- Be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
- Must possess a strong personal presence and flair for hospitality.
