Bartender

Key Responsibilities Bar Service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking
• Follow licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol

Food Service

• Take food orders accurately and deliver them to tables
• Serve food in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and handle any requests
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area

Customer Service

• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle payments and operate the till
• Resolve customer queries or, if necessary, escalated them appropriately

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Must be over 18.
• Previous experience working in a busy bar environment is desired.
• Be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
• Must possess a strong personal presence and flair for hospitality.
