Registered Nurse (RGN) - Nursing Home

Day Shifts, 36 hours per week

£22 per hour + paid breaks

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for a new and rewarding nursing role? We're seeking a compassionate Day Nurse to join our supportive care team and provide exceptional person centred care to residents in our client's warm and welcoming nursing home.

What We're Looking For:

• Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Previous nursing experience, ideally in a care home, residential or clinical setting
• Confident in making clinical decisions and managing risks
• A calm, empathetic and professional approach to nursing care
• Able to work independently, prioritising safety and wellbeing during quiet hours

Your Day Shift Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, high quality care to residents throughout your shift
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
• Administering medication and treatments in line with best practice
• Managing incidents and responding to emergencies calmly
• Ensuring accurate documentation and smooth handovers to day staff
• Creating a secure, reassuring, and respectful environment
• Following all health, safety and infection control standards
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
