Job Title: Transaction Manager - Global Finance & Credit Training (GFCT)
Location: London
Corporate Title: Vice President

GFCT combines flow, structured, and distressed businesses to provide clients with a full range of credit expertise, including market making in debt securities, structuring, underwriting, and syndication of various products, as well as financing and risk solutions across credit asset classes, predominantly on a collateralized basis.

The Middle Office (MO) team is part of the wider Front Office (FO) team and focuses on ensuring accurate systemic capture of Loans and managing lifecycle events supporting the Fixed Income & Commodities (FIC) Financing businesses. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on system capture and valuation approaches, ensuring consistent and efficient cross-business processes.

Your key responsibilities
  • Booking and maintaining deals in trade capture systems for selected desks
  • Assisting FO throughout the entire loan lifecycle, from pre-deal to final repayment
  • Supporting development of new strategic systems for financing products with Loans Front to Back (F2B) programme, Technology, Strats, and Business stakeholders
  • Improving processes related to deal pipeline capture, escalation, and credit limit tracking
  • Supporting inputs and interactions for Covenants and collateral processes
Your skills and experience
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and understanding of financial products
  • Knowledge of Loans/Financing products and lifecycle
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build internal networks across stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
