• Manage activities, teams, box leagues, ladders, and partner schemes.
• Promote competitions, leagues, and events internally.
• Create a fun learning environment and foster a sense of belonging among members.
• Deliver high quality coaching and support members in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

• Level 3 LTA qualification required.
• Passion for health and fitness and supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self starter who takes pride in delivering great customer experience.
