Responsibilities- Manage activities, teams, box leagues, ladders, and partner schemes.
- Promote competitions, leagues, and events internally.
- Create a fun learning environment and foster a sense of belonging among members.
- Deliver high quality coaching and support members in achieving their goals.
- Level 3 LTA qualification required.
- Passion for health and fitness and supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self starter who takes pride in delivering great customer experience.
