Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role located in Greater Manchester. The role involves providing prompt and effective technical support to clients, resolving system-related issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving, conducting detailed diagnostics, and ensuring systems are running at optimal efficiency. The successful candidate will also assist in customer service activities, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address system and technical issues efficiently
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex system problems
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide excellent client interactions and maintain relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Relevant certifications in technical systems or electronics are a plus
• Proven experience in security or fire systems support is advantageous
