Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking for a hands-on coordinator to support site-wide improvement activity. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and keen to build experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.

What you'll do as a CI Coordinator-Support workplace standards, audits and safety records-Track improvement actions, ideas and progress-Update documents, procedures and visual guides-Pull together basic performance and improvement data-Organise meetings, notes and reports-Act as admin support for continuous improvement and operations teams

What we're looking for-Experience in admin, technical support or manufacturing is useful-Interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean or 6S-Strong organisation and attention to detail-Comfortable juggling tasks and keeping accurate records-Confident communicator-Good Microsoft Office skills, especially spreadsheets
