Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - Bristol

A well-established, community-focused firm in Clifton is expanding its residential conveyancing team. The firm is keen to speak with a Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years' experience handling a varied caseload.

The Position

• Run your own residential property files from instruction through to completion
• Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and right to buy matters
• Work closely with a dedicated conveyancing assistant

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• 2-5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
