An established and prominent legal firm in Scotland is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual looking to manage their own caseload and contribute to the firm's growth while delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, and remortgages.
- Assisting with property-related transactions and commercial leases.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to conveyancing.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
- Utilising technology to manage cases efficiently and communicate effectively with clients across Scotland.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, specifically within residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
