Hours: 31-36 hours per week

Pay: £12.74 - £12.94 per hour

We're looking for a passionate, hands on Supervisor to assist the management and team in daily operations. You'll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running daily operations
• Training, and inspiring your team
• Ensuring top notch customer service every time
• Upholding our food safety and quality standards
• Driving sales and hitting KPIs
• ️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
• Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
• Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience leading a team in a fast paced hospitality or retail environment
• Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
• Great communicator and natural problem solver
• Results driven with a passion for people and great food
• Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
• Ready to climb the ladder and progress
• A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
• Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
