Store Operations & Customer Experience Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Lenzie is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead a small team and ensure the store runs smoothly every day. You'll be the on-site point of accountability, delivering excellent service, maintaining availability, and upholding safety standards.

You'll coach and develop colleagues, manage performance, and handle disciplinaries where needed while driving KPIs such as sales, availability and customer satisfaction.
