Strategic Customer Success Manager, UK & Ireland

GoCardless is hiring a Customer Success Manager I for the UK & Ireland based in Leeds. You will own the customer lifecycle, drive adoption, and expand usage across your portfolio, coordinating with CS Leadership, Professional Services, and Renewal Managers to maximize value.

You will manage a book of business, build Account Plans, and drive Net Revenue Retention through thoughtful strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced payments environment.
