Your Role as Retail Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding retail service
• Drive store performance through KPIs, sales, and operational excellence
• Mentor and develop your team, nurturing their growth and empowering their success
• Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation, ensuring consistency and brand standards
• Report directly to the Area Manager, contributing to the overall retail strategy and long-term goals

What We're Looking For: We're looking for candidates who have:

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Deputy Manager in retail
• A proven ability to drive sales, performance, and team engagement
• Confidence, proactivity, and a passion for retail
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive store atmosphere
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of making business-driven decisions
