What does a day in the life of a Shop Manager look like?
You'll lead from the front-energising your team, delighting customers, and making the shop a hub of community spirit. Whether you're styling the perfect window display, managing stock behind the scenes, or hitting financial targets, no two days are ever the same. You'll train and inspire volunteers, create a space that connects people to our cause, and proudly represent the British Red Cross in everything you do.
