Specialized Case Manager Job Description The Canton Unemployment Fund determines the right to and pays unemployment benefits to all persons registered with a Vaud employment office. It compensates companies in the event of short-time work (RHT or technical unemployment) due to economic causes or due to bad weather. It pays benefits to workers in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy). As part of your role as a specialized case manager, you inform and register insured persons who come to you, and you are responsible for the creation and analysis of files.
