Specialized Case Manager Job Description The Cantonal Unemployment Fund determines the right to and pays unemployment benefits to all individuals registered with a Vaud job placement office. It compensates companies in cases of reduced working hours (RHT or technical unemployment) for economic reasons or due to bad weather. It pays benefits to workers in the event of insolvency (bankruptcy). In your role as a specialized case manager, you will provide information and register insured individuals who come to you, assume the constitution and analysis of the files. In this capacity, you will determine the right to unemployment benefits, conduct a monthly review of the conditions of entitlement, calculate the amount, and proceed with the payment of unemployment benefits. Formulate and analyze unemployment files. Determine unemployment rights, calculate the insured earnings, and pay unemployment benefits. Conduct monthly reviews of entitlement conditions and payment of benefits. Commercial employee diploma or an equivalent title with proven professional experience in the field.
