Profile High school diploma as a commercial employee or any title deemed equivalent; professional experience of 2 years in the judicial field, in study or public service, and stress resistance. Good writing skills and excellent spelling, ability to work independently and take responsibility under the hierarchical supervisor. Flexibility to provide service at the counter and over the phone. Knowledge of standard tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion required. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record of less than 3 months.
