Shift Manager - Lead a Busy Bakery Retail Team

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager at Tubwell Road Darlington to lead day-to-day shop operations and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee the shop in the Manager's absence, ensure product preparation, oven management, stocking and presentation, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

The role is hands-on, with responsibilities across in-store and online ordering channels, to ensure a brilliant customer experience.
