Garden Machinery Shop Manager - Lead Sales & Service

Steam & Moorland Garden Centre is seeking a proactive Shop Manager to lead the Garden Machinery Shop's day-to-day operations. You will report to the Machinery Centre Manager and blend retail management with stock control, data analysis, and customer sales across in-store and online channels.

The role focuses on operational efficiency, modern systems implementation, margin awareness, and supplier liaison to drive profitability and excellent customer service.
