Job Description

Here at CORUS we are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to join our team on an international project.


Location: Barcelona or nearby (one day in the office)


Role Objective:

Responsible for the operation and service delivery of the Project Managers stream within the PMO. This role ensures efficient resource management, fulfillment of internal client commitments, and alignment with the overall PMO strategy. It also contributes to business continuity by identifying new assignment opportunities and minimizing bench periods for PMs.


Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Manage the allocation of Project Managers to internal projects.
  • Support operational and commercial contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding, transition, and offboarding processes for PMs.
  • Supervise team capacity, anticipating coverage gaps or availability.
  • Participate in PM selection processes.
  • Ensure delivery quality: timelines, budget, and project management standards.
  • Generate activity, workload, and performance reports.
  • Propose service model improvements, in coordination with the PMO Manager.
  • Monitor PM availability and proactively seek assignment opportunities.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify upcoming PM needs.
  • Translate those needs into concrete service agreements.
  • Participate in monthly service P&L planning and review.
  • Ensure the team to work with the proper methodology based on the type of project managed.


Requeriments:

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
  • Project management certification (PMP , PRINCE2 , CSM , or similar) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within consulting or PMOs.
  • Experience leading teams or services oriented to internal/external clients.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, including Agile methodologies and capacity management.
  • General knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).
  • General knowledge of PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Planview or Similar.
  • Experience tracking operational and financial KPIs.
  • Strong internal client orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in high-demand environments.
  • Effective communication and collaborative working style.
  • English Mandatory
