Job Description
Service Advisor 
Location: Dartford
Salary: £33,089 basic + bonus, OTE £40,250
Working Hours: 45hr Week, Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota basis
We have a new opportunity in the Dartford area for a Service Advisor to join our clients highly reputable main dealership. This role suits an experienced Service Advisor or someone with strong customer service experience looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry.

- Act as the key link between customers and the workshop team
- Manage bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer communication throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated on work progress, costs, and completion times
- Support customers with service plans, repairs, and maintenance advice
- Complete all administration and invoicing accuratelyDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with technicians and aftersales departments to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-focused role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
- Confident using computer systems and administration processes
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving License preferred
