Location: Dartford
Salary: £33,089 basic + bonus, OTE £40,250
Working Hours: 45hr Week, Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota basis

We have a new opportunity in the Dartford area for a Service Advisor to join our clients highly reputable main dealership. This role suits an experienced Service Advisor or someone with strong customer service experience looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry.

Service Advisor Role

• Act as the key link between customers and the workshop team
• Manage bookings, vehicle handovers, and customer communication throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated on work progress, costs, and completion times
• Support customers with service plans, repairs, and maintenance advice
• Complete all administration and invoicing accuratelyDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with technicians and aftersales departments to ensure smooth workshop operations

Service Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-focused role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
• Confident using computer systems and administration processes
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving License preferred
