Salary:Up to £38,500 a year
Permanent, Full-time

The Role

• Support the service department with scheduling and customer updates
• Provide a first-class end-to-end customer experience
• Identify upsell opportunities on accessories and service items
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in line with dealership standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong parts experience within the motor trade
• Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role
• Kerridge system knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Experience

• Service Advisor: 2 years (required)
• Automotive: 1 year (required)
• Right to work in the UK required
