Senior UK Store Acquisition & Growth Leader

Five Guys is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to drive its UK expansion, leading site acquisitions and reporting to senior leadership. You will source locations, negotiate deals, manage landlord relationships and coordinate with advisors to deliver 10+ new sites annually across diverse formats.

The role requires a strong track record in branded F&B or retail growth, deep UK property knowledge, and excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
