Luxury Spa Operations Lead & Team Coach

Rudding Park in Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the spa with energy and dedication. You will inspire the Front of House teams and coach staff to deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will support the Spa Manager in maintaining high service standards, coaching staff, and driving retail sales and bookings while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires flexibility and hands-on leadership.
