Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:
  • Coordinate the service department, providing support to management, technicians, and administrative staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage workflow, productivity, and job allocation within the service team
  • Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise the service administration team, ensuring effective communication across departments
  • Liaise with technicians and customers to establish work requirements and obtain authorisation
  • Raise job cards, prepare accurate customer estimates, and ensure pricing accuracy
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and update customer and vehicle records
  • Monitor ongoing jobs, elevate issues promptly, and ensure timely completion
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT systems
  • Ability to analyse data for KPI reporting and process improvements
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented mentality
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential; a strong tenure as a Service Advisor will be considered
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills as theSenior Service Advisor
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to undergo police vetting
