We're looking for a confident, knowledgeable and customer-focused Experienced Pawnbroker to join our team at our Reloved Store in Banbury.

You'll be responsible for promoting this service, assessing and valuing a wide range of items, providing pawnbroking services, supporting customers with their financial needs, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous pawnbroking experience
• Has strong product knowledge and valuation skills including assessing precious metals
• Is confident dealing with customers and negotiating
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Understands the importance of compliance and responsible lending
• Is motivated, reliable and commercially minded
