Job Description
ATG Entertainment's Woking venues seek a Customer Experience Manager to drive a step-change in guest journeys across theatre, cinema and events. You will own the customer-facing commercial operation, strategy and people, with responsibility for margin and guest satisfaction.
In this hands-on senior role you will lead the CX team, shape service standards, and ensure compliance across Health & Safety, licensing and accessibility.
