Senior Property Manager

Location: Downend, Bristol
Salary: £31,000 basic + OTE £34,000+
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm (No Weekends)

Pertemps Bristol are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join an established independent estate agency in Downend.

You'll manage a portfolio of rental properties and be a senior member of the property management team. You'll deal with landlords, tenants and contractors, while also supporting the wider team.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of rental properties
  
  
• Organising repairs and maintenance
  
  
• Arranging property safety checks
  
  
• Making sure properties meet legal requirements
  
  
• Carrying out property inspections
  
  
• Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs
  
  
• Dealing with tenancy deposits and disputes
  
  
• Keeping landlords and tenants updated
  
  
• Building good relationships with contractors
  
  
• Supporting and helping to lead the property management team
  
  
• Working with the wider lettings team
  
  

What they're looking for

You'll need previous experience in residential property management and be ready to take on more responsibility.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• The ability to manage several tasks at once
  
  
• A calm and practical approach to solving problems
  
  
• Good customer service skills
  
  
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
  
• A full UK driving licence and your own car
