Job Description

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie to help lead the kitchen team and uphold the highest standards of food quality and service. This full time role covers daily operations, cost control, compliance with food safety regulations, and guest satisfaction, with a circa €43,800 per annum salary.

You'll work on managing stock, controlling waste, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
