Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa, part of Eden Hotel Collection, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the food operation across a high-Profile multi-outlet setup including The Warwick and Sencha. You will oversee weddings, events and dining with a focus on innovation, quality, and guest experience.

With proven luxury-hotel leadership at 3 AA Rosette level, you'll develop menus, control costs, manage payroll and stock, and mentor a brigade.
