Your responsibilities:- Ensure the establishment of invoices as well as the collection of all invoiced amounts.- Implement controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoicing, collection, and disputes.- Perform necessary analyses.- Reconcile customer payments with invoices.- Respond to customer inquiries and contact customers to achieve optimal collection of their invoices while maintaining good commercial relationships.- Ensure the accuracy of monthly closures of Oracle ERP modules and accounting under your responsibility.- Analyze and monitor the evolution of systems as a key user, in collaboration with IT.You have a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a commercial employee or training in accounting or equivalent. You possess a successful prior experience of at least 7 years in invoicing and/or collection. You are autonomous, understand the evolution of systems and mass data processing. You have an advanced level of Excel and good knowledge of an ERP, with knowledge of Oracle being a plus. You have good spoken and written English skills (B1 level). You are an analytical, rigorous, and organized person, able to meet deadlines. You possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate friendliness. You are flexible and willing to see your job description evolve in line with your area of expertise and your workload.
