Your main responsibilities: - Market analysis, prospecting and sales of properties. - Visits and inspections of properties. - Customer contact and follow-up. - Autonomous management of sales until the closing. Your profile: - Proven experience in a similar position. - Very good knowledge of the Valais real estate market, especially in the Sion area. - Large network of contacts. - Real aptitude for sales. - Rigorous, committed, and responsive personality. - Team spirit and solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication skills and good elocution. - Perfect mastery of French and fluent English (German is a plus). - Proficiency in standard tools. - Valid Swiss work permit or necessary work authorization. - Driver's license.
