Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Associate - Partner)

A well-established Edinburgh-based firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the appointment of an experienced lawyer at Associate - Partner level.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior residential conveyancer who enjoys both hands-on fee earning and leading others and who is keen to play an active role in the continued growth and success of a busy and well-regarded practice.

The Role

• Managing a broad residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title

• Acting for a diverse client base, including private individuals, lenders and developers

• Providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring and support to junior colleagues

• Reviewing work, sharing best practice and supporting the development of trainees and junior solicitors

• Contributing to team leadership, operational management and strategic planning

• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

About You

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing

• Currently operating at a senior level (5/6+ years') or ready to step up

• Demonstrable experience of supervising and developing junior colleagues

• Comfortable managing a busy caseload alongside leadership responsibilities

• Commercial, collaborative and client-focused in approach
